Cancellation and Refund Policy

The IASE 2023 Satellite Conference will take place virtually and on-site in Toronto, Canada from 11 - 13 July 2023. The content will remain available on the virtual platform for an additional 3 months.

1. Due to the hybrid nature of IASE 2023 Satellite, there will be no refund on registration payments already made. Further, no switching is permitted between online to in-person registration fees, nor in-person to online registration fees. However, if you purchase in-person registration you may still participate in the conference online.

2. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be made. Liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the delegate and there will not be any additional liability to IASE 2023 Satellite event hosts, or any other individual associated with the event organization.
